After July 1, 2024, we can certify patients for any condition we see fit. That means, if the patient is benefitting from cannabis for one of their conditions, or we feel cannabis may be helpful for one of their conditions, we can certify them.

We are licensed, board-certified, and registered with the Minnesota Department of Health's Office.
Our prices are low and loyalty is rewarded. Our initial 3 years certification is $149 and renewal is $99 (valid for 3 years). The renewal fee is reduced by 50% for our continued valued patients previously certified with us.

- Once certified by us, you will receive an email application from the state.
- Fill out the application and upload a copy of your State Photo ID.
- The state asks for up to 30 days for approval; however, the timeline has been typically less.

Once you receive final approval from the state, log into https://cannabis.web.health.state.mn.us and submit a patient self-evaluation report.
